This class will be taught in two sessions*. First session is February 19th from 10am – 4pm and the second session is February 26th from 10am to 4pm.
*When you register for the first session you will automatically be registered for the second class.
Skill level: All levels
Class Description: In this class, you will learn many effects and textures using wool threads. We will demonstrate shading for long and short stitch and how to create depth and texture with three variations of trellis work and turkey rug stitch. The end result is a vibrant piece of embroidery. Techniques covered are long & short, stem stitch, turkey rug stitch, raised chain band, chain stitch, bullion and French knots, and 3 variations of trellis work.
Kit Contents: Linen twill, Appletons wool, crewel needles
Equipment Needed: All materials will be provided to you in class.
Class Minimum: 3 People

Cancellation policy: SNAD will refund tuition less a $25 processing fee up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to class start time. No refunds for cancellations with less than 3 days notification before class start time.
