This class will be taught in person at 850 Battery Street, San Francisco.

Class length: 6 hours

Skill level: Beginner

Class Description: Explore couching and cutwork with this introduction to metal thread embroidery class. Stitches include Trellis and Fly Stitch as well as how to work with seed beads on silk.

Kit Contents:  Silk fabric, English silk threads, metal threads, various beads

Equipment Needed: All materials will be provided to you in class.

Registration for this class closes 1 day prior to the start date. If you would like to inquire about the possibility of late registration, please contact Late registration will be accommodated when possible.

Cancellation policy: SNAD will refund tuition less a $25 processing fee up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to class start time. No refunds for cancellations with less than 3 days notification before class start time. 

SFSNAD requires a valid ID and proof of vaccination in order to participate in onsite, in-person courses and classes. We also require visitors, students, and guests to wear a well-fitting, non-vented surgical/procedural mask, such as an N95 or KN95 while onsite.
