This class will be taught in-person at 850 Battery Street, San Francisco.

Class length: 3 hours

Skill level: Great for beginners or anyone wishing to brush up on their embroidery skills

Class Description: Learn the basics of Mountmellick embroidery in just three hours. Mountmellick uses cotton white threads on a shiny satin fabric for contrast depicting natural floral design inspired by the Irish countryside. Stitches include Mountmellick stitch, buillon knots, stem stitch, and Palestrina knot.

Supplies: All materials will be provided to you in class.

Class Minimum: 3 students

Registration for this class closes 1 day prior to the start date. If you would like to inquire about the possibility of late registration, please contact Late registration will be accommodated when possible.

Cancellation policy: SNAD will refund tuition less a $25 processing fee up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to class start time. No refunds for cancellations with less than 3 days notification before class start time.

SFSNAD requires a valid ID and proof of vaccination in order to participate in onsite, in-person courses and classes. We also require visitors, students, and guests to wear a well-fitting, non-vented surgical/procedural mask, such as an N95 or KN95 while onsite.
