Two-Session Class*: June 24th, 2022 (10 am PST – 1pm PST), July 1st, 2022 (10 am PST – 1pm PST)

*When you register for Session 1, you’ll be registered for both classes

Class length: 3 hours each session

Skill level: All

Class Description: Create this Medieval horse and rider design using counted geometric patterns and cotton floss on evenweave linen. The patterns add depth and detail to the design, while the bold colors, the addition of metallic thread, and spangles bring the piece to life.

Counted blackwork stitch patterns to be explored include: cross, grecian, hexagon, honeycomb, zigzag, octagonal star, fan, gobelin.

Supplies: The class kit will be sold separately.

We’re partnering with Maydel as a source for all of your material needs. This is a bespoke, customizable kit. Once you are registered, you will receive further instructions on purchasing your kit for this class. Please note that the kit price for this class is $101.31.

You will need to supply your own embroidery scissors.

Class Minimum: 3 students

Registration for this class closes 2 weeks prior to the start date in order to allow for the shipment of kits. If you would like to inquire about the possibility of late registration, please contact info@sfsnad.org. Late registration will be accommodated when possible with an additional expedited shipping fee.

Cancellation policy: SNAD will refund tuition less a $25 processing fee up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to class start time. No refunds for cancellations with less than 3 days notification before class start time.
